LE JARRET NOIR - Red wine
From three grape varieties: Maréchal Foch (40%), Sainte-Croix (40%) and Vandal-Cliche (20%). Maréchal Foch gives this wine its beautiful ruby colour while its fine aroma comes from the strength of the Sainte-Croix. A nice acidity responsible for this red wine’s stability is due to the Vandal-Cliche.
Serve with: Braised and grilled meat and most types of cheese. Serve cool (15°C) so it can show off all its flavours for a truly satisfying taste.
LE JARRET NOIR - WHITE WINE
Made with its own yeast after a sufficient vating period to infuse it with a bouquet inherent to the Vandal grape. During its vinification, Le Jarret Noir white wine receives every attention usually conferred upon the finest wines. A fruity full-bodied wine.
Pairs wonderfully with fish and seafood as well as white meat and dishes like paella.
MAXIME'S ROSÉ - APERITF
